New Ministry Position for First Presbyterian Church: The Director of Program Ministries — For Youth, Young Adults, and Congregational Connection
At their June meeting, the Session unanimously approved a recommendation from the Personnel Team to hire a new full-time staff position: The Director of Program Ministries (For Youth, Young Adults, and Congregational Connection).
We believe this position will not only meet our current needs, but allow us to grow our ministry both within the congregation and community. We are looking for a person of deep faith in Christ who desires to minister to all God’s children. This position will work alongside both the Christian Education Team and Fellowship Team. They will work together with the Pastor and Director of Children’s Ministries in supporting discipleship development within our congregation.
We are asking the congregation to lift this new role up in prayer. We also ask that if you know of someone who may be interested and a good fit, please forward their contact information.
